Korean cuisine primarily is the traditional and classical cooking practices of the culinary arts in Korea. As social and political factors have changed, Korean cuisine has also evolved with it. Korean cuisine is a blend of complex environmental and cultural combinations. It basically originated from the Agricultural and the Nomadic concept of Korea.
On a very brief note, Korean cuisine is simply based on rice, vegetables, and meat. Traditionally Korean meals are named based on the number of side dishes For example Banchan. It includes steam cooked rice. Kimchi is the prominent fish that you can observe with every meal. Frequently used ingredients include sesame oil, salt, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fermented red chili paste, gochujang, and napa cabbage.
The ingredients and the types of dishes are different in different provinces. Some of the provincial level dishes are now national dishes. Food is one of the most important things in Korean cultural etiquette
